Continuing with the great response we received at Ironman WA 2004, we are pleased to offer Paul Newsome's Swim Smooth: Clean-up Your Stroke instructional DVD aimed specifically at triathletes and open water swimmers. Paul is a Level 2 Triathlon Coach, and was the head coach at Stadium Triathlon Club. He has been a Junior and Under-23 Pro-elite International Triathlete for the UK. He holds a sporting Blue with University of Bath for sporting excellence.

The main aim of the DVD is to provide you with a definitive collection of specific swimming drills to help you address particular areas of your freestyle stroke e.g. body roll, catch and pull through, kick etc. The DVD also demonstrates how advanced swimming performance can be achieved through concentrating on enjoyable technique sessions rather than arduous "garbage yardage".
