"I think it is one of the best aids to come along in
years. It is not a new concept but the Wetronome is simple, cost-effective
and portable and will prove a great benefit in training"
--- Don Talbot OBE,
Swim Australia Ambassador
"The Wetronome is terrific - simple effective and user friendly. We have made it a compulsory piece of our team's training equipment. Using stroke count and a Wetronome almost negates the need for a pace clock" ---Simon Redmond, ASCTA's 2004 Rookie Coach of the Year
"Most coaches on the national team are using it."---Bernie Mulroy, multi-Olympic coach
"I love the Wetronome - it helps me control my pace in each stroke and remain focused on the rhythm needed to be effective in my medley event."---Lara Carroll, personal best at 2004 Olympics

How can Wetronome help your swimming?
Whatever distance you swim your stroke rate will vary. In most cases it will drop off as you go through the swim but you might manage to pick it up again in a burst towards the finish. Even then there is likely to be an increase in stroke count at the same time (not such a good thing). The Wetronome® will teach your body to swim at your most efficient stroke rate, providing "muscle memory". Even at shorter distances, the device stabilises the stroke rate and allows the swimmer to concentrate on proper technique.Tutorial!
