As you can see we are just setting up a space on our website for cyclists, who came to us to use our product. These have included pursuit riders, where regular cadence is absolutely critical to maintaining efficiency and producing a fast ride.

Stay tuned for stories here, or if you would like to contribute, we'd love to hear from you!

How can Wetronome help your cycling?

How fast should you pedal? This will of course vary from rider to rider, but aiming for and knowing your bike cadence is essential for producing your most efficient pace. The Wetronome® will teach your body to move at your most efficient cadence, providing "muscle memory". Even for shorter distances, the device stabilises your pedal rate to allow you to concentrate on proper technique.

Tour de France champion Lance Armstong's technique is to maintain a high cadence (85 revs per minute or higher) rather than push a big gear. You may not be Lance Armstrong but you will benefit from training at a known cadence driven by an accurate pacing signal.
